New Header

We have a new header!  Thanks to everyone who added their link for consideration.  I will save that post and use it when I make the next header in a few months.

I used artwork from Dawn, Beth, Shari, Ray, Natasha May, Joanna, and Carolyn (I swear it was linked up when I downloaded the pictures.. did you delete your link?)
